Measure the Impact of Your Merchandising Campaigns
Merchandising campaigns are a powerful way to curate products consistently across multiple contexts — but it might be daunting to track the impact of those changes.
With Campaign Performance, each Searchandizing campaign now has a dedicated Performance page that compares results before vs after the campaign was created (organic baseline vs campaign period).
What's New
- Pre/Post comparison chart: View “Pre” and “Post” lines for key metrics, with the “Post” period starting automatically from the campaign creation date.
- KPI summary cards: Quickly review Pageviews, Clicks, Add-to-Carts, Purchased Items, plus CTR / ATC rate / Purchase rate.
- Item & page-level drilldowns: Use sortable tables to identify which items and pages/contexts are improving — and which need intervention.
How to Get Started
We will gradually roll out Campaign Performance over the coming weeks. If you would like early access, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Once the feature is enabled:
- Go to Searchandizing → Campaigns.
- Open an existing campaign.
- You will find the new Performance report with charts for the whole campaign metrics and tables to drill down into Items and Contexts.
